PURPOSE: To cut a skin of a packing material or the like on an outer periphery of a rolled sheet and then reliably press the skin into a small piece for discharging.
CONSTITUTION: This packing material remover comprises is designed to nip a skin 2 fed out of a rolled sheet 1 by rollers 32, 33 provided at an inlet of a housing space 41 formed on a pressing machine 40 for reliably pushing into the space 41. Further, it is designed to raise a lower movable pressing board 48 to crush the skin between the board 48 and an upper fixed pressing board 47 after a predetermined amount of skins have been pushed into the space 41, to horizontally move a discharging claw 53 thereafter to discharge the skins on the movable pressing board 48 and to put it into a waste box 60.
