PURPOSE: To obtain a lightweight pad having good air permeability, radiating heat in clothing, capable of adjusting clothing in a form fitting to shape of body without becoming stuffy from the inside, capable of keeping desired silhouette and enabling clothing more coolly and comfortably wearing, especially in summer.

CONSTITUTION: The pad is characterized by consisting of a three-dimensional woven or knit fabric (a) in which the space between the surface structure (b) and the back structure (a) is coupled with yarn. The clothing is characterized by using a woven and knit fabric having the three-dimensional structure in at least the part, by using the pad as a shoulder pad and further by using the pad as a padding cloth.
