To make it easy for an inpatient and an assisted person to change pajamas with reducing patient's pains as little as possible and prevent the skin from being exposed to the open air for a long time during an infusion treatment.

The pajamas are installed with a fastener for opening from the neck to the wrist. The installed fastener has three fastener sliders having different directions. In the infusion treatment, after the treatment of an infusion hypodermic needle, the fastener is closed with leaving an arbitrary length (the vessel of infusion) at an arbitrary part, and the skin is kept from being exposed to the open air.
