Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pajamas capable of being readily taken out from a patient by opening a fastener, convenient for a nurse when changing clothes, capable of checking the opening and closing of the fastener by the patient so that the patient may not arbitrarily taking off the pajamas, and capable of allowing the checking state of the opening and closing of the fastener to be easily canceled when the nurse opening and closing the fastener. SOLUTION: The pajamas have an integrated shape of an upper wear part 1 and a pant part 2, a first open fastener 3 attached at the center part of the upper wear part 1 from a neck line to a belly part in the upper and lower direction, second and third open fasteners 4 and 5 installed so as to be separated right and left from the lower end position of the first open fastener 3 to the bottoms of right and left both leg parts of the pant part 2, and sliders for the open fasteners 3, 4 and 5, having locks with levers capable of standing and falling and tines united with the lever through a rotating shaft, inserted between adjacent two teeth of the open fasteners 3, 4 and 5 in the falling states of the levers and capable of being taken out from the spaces in the standing state of the lever, and incorporated as one body.
