To provide a pallet capable of transporting a large number of work-pieces having different shapes with a pallet of one kind and requiring no additional process and handling time for deforming the pallet.SOLUTION: A transport device comprises: a bag containing granules; and a suction/exhaust part for sucking, exhausting and holding gas in the bag, wherein work-pieces mounted on the bag are fixed and released by changing the air pressure of the gas in the bag.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
