Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet with casters which floats a pallet skeleton by projecting casters downward from an undersurface of the pallet, can be used as a carriage substitute that horizontally moves to a target place on a floor surface and a road surface, and eliminates the need for preparing a carriage and a forklift separately.SOLUTION: On an upper surface part of a pallet having a flat plate shape, wheels 3 for lifting and supporting a loaded article to such an extent that an undersurface of the loaded article does not come into contact with an upper surface of a pallet are installed in a column or row arrangement. On an undersurface part of the pallet 1, casters 4 horizontally moving on a road surface, a floor surface, or the like are installed at four corner positions, respectively. Inside a structure skeleton 5a of the pallet 1, the wheels 3 of the pallet are lifted and supported higher than the upper surface of the pallet 1 to enable the loaded article to move in a horizontal direction. Or, a control mechanism 20 for remotely controlling drive to lower the wheels below the upper surface of the pallet 1 is installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
