Title:
PALM GRIPPER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08708
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide cheaply a far infrared radiation emitting palm gripper having a characteristic of preventing static electricity.

CONSTITUTION: This palm gripper is formed by molding a composite which is made of a synthetic resin mixed and kneaded with 10 to 50wt.% of graphitic powder, or a synthetic resin mixed and kneaded respectively with graphitic powder and 10 to 30wt.% far infrared radiation radioactive ceramic powder and the mold is once formed into a pellet state, and then the pellet is fused and formed by injection molding or extrusion molding. The palm gripper has a static electricity preventing characteristic as well as a high infrared radiation emissivity in a temperature region from an ordinary temperature to below 100°C and in an IR range of 4.5 to 14.5μm which is considered to be effective to a human body. Therefore, is brings about a conspicuous function and effect as a health promoting palm gripper. Also, since it can be readily molded into various shapes, it can be utilized in a health instrument for stroking lesion of a human body by attaching it to a warm moxa cautery, a warm air feeder and the like with a surface temperature of 40 to 60°C. Besides, it is anticipated to be effective for activation of water and cooking.
