A fitting recessed part 2 is formed on the upper end of a panel 1. An engaging part 4 and a locking part 5 are formed on a fixture 3. The panel 1 is arranged outside a column body 6. The engaging part 4 of the fixture 3 is fitted and locked in the fitting recessed part 2 of the panel 1 from the upper side by slidingly moving the fixture 3 in the downward direction, and the locking part 5 of the fixture 3 is locked on the column body 6. When installing the panel 1 on the column body 6, the installing work can be performed from the inside of the panel 1, and even when it is difficult to assemble a scaffold on the outdoor side of the panel 1, the panel installing work can be easily performed.
