CONSTITUTION: A laminated body for forming a paper container described in the title constitutes a characteristic feature of being made of a layer of copolymer made of ethylene, unsaturated carboxylic acid and unsaturated ester that constitutes one side of a paper layer serving as a substratum for the container and a layer of partial aromatic polyamide derived from aromatic dicarboxylic acid component mainly made of isophthalic acid and aliphatic diamine component that constitutes the other side of the paper layer so that it becomes the uppermost surface layer. The paper container described in the title constitutes a characteristic feature of being formed of a laminated body having a sealing face between the layer of the above-mentioned copolymer made of ethylene, unsaturated carboxylic acid and unsaturated ester and the layer of partial aromatic polyamide.
