PURPOSE: To allow the same conveyance system to feed both an automatically and a manually inserted form by providing a guide part which faces the form fed automatically from a form storage part at an interval and guides the form supplied from a manual insertion paper feeding part to a resist means.
CONSTITUTION: When a copy is taken on manual insertion basis, the form P', inserted manually from the manual insertion form feeding base 15, is guided along the flat surface 38a of a paper feed roller 38 and a detector 51 detects the manual insertion to stop the rotation of the paper feed roller 28 and also rotates a resist roller 50 synchronously with the process of exposure to a photosensitive body 20. Therefore, one conveyance system serves as a means for feeding the form P in the form storage part 2 automatically and a manual insertion conveyance system, and the paper feeding means 38 need not be put away during manual insertion paper feeding operation to obtain the simple, low-cost structure.
