To provide a paper handling device capable of aligning a plurality of conveyance papers securely even if these papers are piled up and achieving high speed operation by improving work efficiency of aligning operation.
This paper post-handling device FR is constituted in such a way that it has a binding processing tray F for performing loading, matching, and binding processing of papers and a conveyance means for leading single number or a plurality of numbers of papers onto the binding processing tray from an inlet part, the binding processing tray F has a stopper 51 for aligning end parts of papers, a rotary member 12 coming into contact with a paper, butting the paper against the stopper 51, and capable of swinging, a release means 52 for releasing a paper, and a protruding member 52a on which an end part of paper released by the release means 52 is abutted, and the aligning operation in the direction of conveyance of a plurality of papers delivered onto the binding processing tray F is performed by the protruding member 52a.
