Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the positional accuracy of a paper sheet adjustment position when a paper sheet is fed to a paper sheet carrying means by switching a carrying attitude of the paper sheet carrying device downstream from that device.
SOLUTION: This paper sheet carrying guide 31 comprises a separating claw 32 which separates a paper sheet from a copy and feed belt 216 and a movable paper sheet guide 33 which guides the paper sheet to a pre-fixing paper sheet guide 30. The separating claw 32 is disposed upstream from the movable paper sheet guide 33. The movable paper sheet guide 33 can be rotated about a rotating shaft 33a, and the tip of the movable paper sheet guide 33 is brought into contact with the upstream side end part of the pre-fixing sheet guide 30 by its own weight. The separating claw 32 and the movable paper sheet guide 33 are pivotally supported so that they can be rotated about a rotating pivot. The paper sheet carrying guide 31 moves with a rising and lowering of the copy and conveying belt 216 so as to move a position of contact of the separating claw 32 with the copy and transfer-conveying belt 216.
