Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent axial load from being offset, by providing axially in parallel an outer ring washer with small heat transfer rate and an outer ring washer with large heat transfer rate and coefficient of linear expansion. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 10 has two angular ball bearings 20, 50 and an inner ring washer 30 consists of an inner ring washer 32 formed of material with snall coefficient of linear expansion and heat transfer rate and an inner ring washer 34 formed of material with large coefficient of linear expansion and heat transfer rate. Outer ring washers 42, 44 are constituted similarly. Thus, when any axial load is applied to the bearing 20 more heavily than to the bearring 50, the temperature rise of the bearing 20 is larger than that of the bearing 50, or the axial load applied to the bearing 20 is reduced according to the relationship between thermal expansion and heat transfer rate to increase the axial load to the bearing 50 and mitigate the offset of the load.
