Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parison supply device capable of supplying a parison of good quality by keeping an adequate tensile state while constantly restraining a parison extruded from an extrusion die.SOLUTION: A parison supply device 1, which supplies continuously a parison portion Ps of a specified length from a parison P discharged from an extrusion die 10 to a blow molding mold, comprises plural pulling chucks 2 and a pulling chuck operation part 3 which operates the plural chucks. By the pulling chuck operation part 3, the pulling chucks 2A, 2B individually perform repeating operation of holding a parison P at a first position (I) near the extrusion die 10 and moving to a second position (II) separated from the extrusion die 10. Before the preceding pulling chuck 2A separates from the extrusion die 10 by a preset distance L at the second position (II), the subsequent pulling chuck 2B holds the parison at the first position (I), and, thereafter, the parison portion is supplied to the blow molding mold.
