PURPOSE: To carry out rapid shipment suitable for small lot multi-production by classifying delivery parts per production lot into delivery-experienced parts and the others, and grouping the delivery-experienced parts in a unit per production lot at a kit making station.
CONSTITUTION: A control device to which an inspection finish switch signal is input starts a transport conveyor 1C, and classifies and transports parts buckets when they are placed on transport carriages 4. Based on delivery parts data in a memory device 23, whether delivery is experienced or not is judged by an inspection part 1b regarding parts of the same number machine as a machine of which parts called from a host computer 22. As a result, in the case where delivery parts are first time delivery parts for the numbered machine a minicomputer 20 commands direct delivery to a rack 90 and retrieves an empty position for the delivery to indicate it to a system controller 24. According to this command the controller 24 controls the carriage 4 and a stacker crane 91 so as to house parts in the indicated position. In the case where the delivery parts are the delivery-experienced ones, former delivery parts are taken out to be transported to a conveyor 71.
