Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable efficient counting by defining a balance between a counting value which is not available for sets for a desired number and a desired number as a constant value to a counting system with an empty distributing hopper to perform next parts counting for only such counting systems. CONSTITUTION:Parts discharged in plural lines are stored in distributing hoppers 5 arrayed corresponding to the lines and the supply of the parts is stopped when counting is completed to a set value given to a constant counting section 4. Next, a control section selects sets of these counting values for a desired number, instructs that the passage change section 5a of a counting system with a counting value performs change to a set chute 5, for each of sets, and supplies a desired number of parts to a parts input port 6a. A stand-by instruction is given to a counting system with a counting value which is not available for sets for a desired number and at the same time a balance between a counting value and a desired number is found which is set into the constant counting section 4 of the counting system with an empty hopper 5 to perform next constant counting. In this way, during next counting, the counting system which has no sets for covering a desired number easily obtains a counting value of the desired number.
