Abstract:
To improve detection sensitivity of a partial discharge signal of a dynamo-electric machine by a noncontact method.SOLUTION: A partial discharge detection device of a dynamo-electric machine includes: a metal frame connected to a stator frame for housing a stator coil of the dynamo-electric machine; a signal line that is provided in the metal frame and propagates a partial discharge signal generated from the stator coil when insulation of the stator coil deteriorates; an electric element provided in a position in which the partial discharge signal can be detected; an antenna that has directivity in a direction of the signal line and is provided in a position in which signals can be received; and determination means for determining whether the stator coil deteriorates by comparing a signal detected by the electric element with a signal received by the antenna.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
