Title:
PARTIAL DISCHARGE MEASURING DEVICE OF DEVICE FOR CONNECTING CABLE FOR TRANSMISSION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3167213
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a partial discharge measuring device which can accurately discriminate whether partial discharge is being generated inside a connection device or not.
CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with current-voltage conversion amplifiers 12a and 12b which have an input impedance with a specific resistance and convert partial discharge current detected by detection electrodes 4a and 4b to voltage signal and block impedance 13 connected between the other terminal of the input impedance of the current voltage amplifiers 12a and 12b and a cable shielding layer, thus preventing the partial discharge current from being bypassed by the floating resistance between the detection electrodes and the floating capacity between the cable shielding layer and a cable core and allowing the partial discharge current to flow to the input impedance only.
