Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a particle analyzer which can efficiently analyze the picture and concentration of particle samples by obtaining clear pictures even when the flow rates of a sample liquid and sheath liquid are increased and a sampling mechanism is operated during analysis.
CONSTITUTION: Tubes 40 and 41 which respectively supply a sample liquid 50 and sheath liquid 51 are fixed with fixtures 60 so that the resonance frequencies of the tubes 40 and 41 can become higher than the image picking-up repetitive frequency and pressure fluctuation absorbing sections 42 and 52 are provided on the routes of the tubes 40 and 41 so as to make the delay time of the tubes 40 and 41 even. A flat sheath flow is formed and made to flow to a flow cell 11 and the image of the flow is picked up with an image pickup device 30 so as to analyze the form and concentration of particles. Therefore, the time required before starting analysis can be shortened, because the flow rates of the liquids can be increased and clear pictures can be obtained, and then, the delay time of the liquids can be made even by means of the fixtures 60 and sections 42 and 52.
