PURPOSE: To increase fire-proof and sound-insulating faculties and also workability, by forming a panel made of extremely light cement including extra light aggregates and arranging a couple of them to confront to each other and assembling them between posts with the non-stud panel method.
CONSTITUTION: Provided are extra light aggregates made of sintered pellets of porous black mica-rhyolite fine powder. Next, formed are panels 2, having a nearly U-shaped or E-shaped form in the section thereof, made of extremely light cement-hardened material including the aggregates. Next, the panels 2 are erected at a required position in the condition that the recessed inner face 2a is directed inward and fixed through runners provided at ceiling, floor, post, etc. And other panels 2 are also erected and fixed in like manner with a specified distance from the above panel. After glass wool 3 is charged in the clearance C, surface boards 4 are stuck to the external face. In this way, the partition plate can be lightened to easily handle and assemble with non-stud method and further, the fire-proof and sound-insulating faculties can be increased.
