To provide a partitioned frame body and a permeable pavement which enable a block pavement to be applied even to the ground, forming a gently curved surface hardly subject to the application of the block pavement in the case of a conventional partitioned frame body, in such a manner as to follow the curved surface.
This partitioned frame body is partitioned into a block and a permeable part. The bottom of the block like a container has a through-hole. The block is inserted into the through-hole so as to serve as a paving stone, or formed by pouring mortar, concrete or the like into the through-hole so as to serve as the paving stone. The top of the permeable part has a through-hole, and rainwater is guided into the ground via the through-hole. The permeable part is formed in such a penetrating gutter shape that its upper part is closed and its lower part is opened so as to be bendable. The permeable part penetrates like a gutter so that the partitioned frame body can be bent.
