Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the component mounting program generating device which automatically converts a component mounting program described in reference form so as to apply to a nonsandarized component mounting device. SOLUTION: Through the process ST1 in the figure (b), a conversion parameter master table (conversion PMT) is generated on an HDD. In respective conversion parameter tables (conversion PT) of the conversion PMT, data showing the parameter format of a program are set by company-made component mount devices other than an originally mounted component mounting device as to code formats, data formats, coordinate systems, unit systems, offsets, and flow directions. Through the process in the figure (a), a conversion source file (reference program) and a conversion-destination file (nonstandardized component mounting program) are set on the HDD and through the process M3, data of the conversion-source file set as mentioned above are read, record by record, out of the HDD, converted by using the conversion PT, and written to the conversion-destination file on the HDD. A completed nonstandardized component mounting program is transferred on-line to the nonstandardized component mounting device.
