PURPOSE: To make it possible to orientate a plurality of parts at the same position each other, by providing a storage section having an alignment path, a separation section, and a holding section for direction change.
CONSTITUTION: A storage section 11 is provided with an alignment path 16 and storages a plurality of chips 1 so that they align longitudinally in on line. A separation section 12 is provided with a cavity 18 which receives a chip 1a at the bottom of the alignment path 16 excepting the other chips 1 within the alignment path when communicated with the lowest end of the alignment path 16 at a process of the reciprocating motion, and a closing face 19 which closes the bottom edge of the alignment path 16 when the cavity 18 does not communicate with the bottom edge of the alignment path 16. A guide section 14 has a guide path 20 which communicates with the cavity 18 when the cavity 18 does not communicate with the alignment path 16. A holder section 13 has a mounting face 21 to receive a dropped chip 1a. Above the mounting face 21, a vacuum path 24 for vacuum suction and a space 22 to allow the chip 1a which is directing its longitudinal direction vertically to change the direction.
