To provide a passenger boarding guidance system automatically collecting information related to an unboarded passenger and giving an alarm to the unboarded person.
This passenger boarding guidance system has: a plurality of detection means distributedly disposed inside an area, reading tag information including an ID (Identification) number of a passenger from a tag for detection portably carried by the passenger, associating the tag information, reading time, and individual information of the detection means, and transmitting them to a management center; and the management center comprising a database wherein flight time of each departure flight, a passenger name, and the ID number of the passenger are associated and stored, and a processor classifying the information transmitted from the detection means in each the ID number inside a movement history information, and making it be sequentially accumulated inside the database. The processor retrieves the ID number of the unboarded person when it becomes before a prescribed time from the flight time, and distributes position information of the unboarded person.
