To provide a passenger car for the physically handicapped with which a physically handicapped driver can get on and out of the car from a wheelchair without uneasiness, labor or pain and can carry the wheelchair into and out of the car.

In a passenger car A, a space is provided by removing one part of a rear seat 1 on the side of a driver's seat 3 so that the seat 3 is moved between driver's seat and rear seat positions on rails 2. When getting on and out of the car from a wheelchair B, a communicating plate 6 equipped with a recessed part is freely attachably and detachably provided and a hang-up machine 8 is mounted for carrying the wheelchair B into and out of the car. Further, a bending board 10 to be freely oscillated on one side is provided and a platen 12 equipped with guides 11 on both the side faces is mounted laterally in the car.
