Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate the obstruction of the visibility on the passenger seat side, when in a vehicle if an occupant at the passenger seat is obstructing the driver's visibility on the passenger seat side, regardless of whether the occupant is conscious or not.SOLUTION: A passenger seat control system 100 includes: a visibility determination unit for determining whether or not an occupant at the passenger seat of a vehicle is obstructing the driver's visibility on the passenger seat side; a passenger seat movement unit for moving the passenger seat; and a passenger seat control unit which controls the passenger seat movement unit to move the passenger seat in a direction alleviating the obstruction degree of the driver's visibility on the passenger seat side by the occupant at the passenger seat, if the visibility determination unit determines that the occupant at the passenger seat is obstructing the driver's visibility on the passenger seat side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
