Title:
PASTE APPLICATION METHOD BY PASTE DISPENSER AND PRESSURIZED-AIR SUPPLYING SYSTEM USED FOR THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009172571
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a paste application method by a paste dispenser and a pressurized-air supplying system used for the method.

The paste dispenser applies a paste pattern having a shape formed by two straight lines connected with each other via a curved line onto a substrate by horizontally moving an application head equipped with a nozzle through which paste is discharged with application pressure at an application speed relatively to a stage on which the substrate is mounted. The application speed control includes a step for decreasing the application speed from a straight line application speed to a curved line application speed between a starting point of the curved line or a point located ahead of it and a point located ahead of an ending point of the curved line, and a step for keeping the application speed at the curved line application speed between an ending point of deceleration and the ending point of the curved line or a starting point of acceleration set at a location ahead of it. The application pressure control includes a step for decreasing the application pressure from a straight line application pressure to a curved line application pressure between a starting point of deceleration and the ending point of deceleration, and a step for keeping the application pressure at the curved line application pressure between the ending point of deceleration and the starting point of acceleration.
