Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent secondary coagulation of raw material powder to increase dispersion and reduce manufacturing cost.
SOLUTION: The surface of main raw material powder is made lipophilic, then the powder is dispersed in an organic solvent. In the case of using metal powder, particles in aqueous dispersion of metal deposited by reduction are made lipophilic, put into an oil-water separation solvent to separate water from oil, water is removed, then the oil-water separation solvent is replaced with an organic solvent, and metal particles are dispersed in the organic solvent. Glass particles are also manufactured in the similar process.
