Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute term management and progress situation management for generating an offer of patent opposition, etc., when grant of apatent occurs in another company patent item. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a monitor item file 11 storing status items concerning the items to monitored, a monitor server 12 detecting the occurrence of the status and a schedule managing server 14. The schedule managing server 14 generates a schedule manageming file for schedule management concerning correspondence procedures about the item (for example, the presentation of an offer of patent opposition), stores it in a file storing part 15 and manages the schedule magagement file.
