The coupler sheath for covering the connecting part of the PC steel stranded wire using a PC steel stranded wire connector is so constructed that a sleeve part of the coupler sheath main part is formed of a transparent material, and a metal end part sealing pipe having a grout material filling pipe and a metal end part sealing pipe having a grout material discharge pipe are screwed on both end part of the sleeve part.
