PURPOSE: To improve the shortage of glossiness and also improve the film strength by forming a peeling layer comprising an electron radiation curing silicone compound with phenyl in its side chain as main component on one face of a substrate.
CONSTITUTION: A peeling layer comprising an electron radiation curing silicone compound, the average composition of which is represented by the formula I (Me represents methyl, and Pb represents phenyl, and K, I and m are in the range of K+I+m=30-300, and K, and I are the natural numbers, m is 3-90 integer and n is 2-6 interger.) is formed at least on one face of a substrate. The electron radiation curing silicone compound represented by the formula I is used by a single body or mixed with an electron radiation curing binder without a silicone frame in consideration of the transfer properties and control of peeling strength of the electron radiation curing silicone compound. A peeling layer comprising the electron radiation curing silicone compound as main component is formed on the substrate, and laminated closely on a base with a mirror face, and the laminate is cured by the emission of electron radiation in the closely laminated state, and then the base without mirror face is peeled off.
