Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a pen-type compass that has excellent portability, facilitates storing and carrying a replacement core and replacing the core, and prevents loss of the replacement core or a component. [Solution] A pen-type compass comprises a needle-side body 12 and a core-side body 11, wherein a core holder 19 for accommodating a core (replacement core) 31 is provided inside one among the needle-side body 12 and the core-side body 11, and a door part 34 for opening and closing the core holder 19 is formed on a surface facing the other body in which the core holder 19 is not provided. Furthermore, the pen-type compass has a core stopper 15 for holding the core and a core stopper nut 14 for fixing the core stopper 15, a recess part 17 for accommodating the core stopper 15 and a through-hole 171 extending from the recess part 17 through the side surface of the core-side body 11 are formed inside the core side body 11. The core stopper 15 includes a protrusion part 153 that protrudes outward from the through-hole 171 and engages with the core stopper nut 14 while being accommodated in the recess part 17.
