To obtain an inhibitor for rise in blood neutral fat concentration, which is effective for inhibiting rise in blood neutral fat concentration and is safe and a functional food.
The peptide is obtained by protein degradation of raw coffee bean, has an amino acid sequence represented by Phe-Tyr-Ser or Leu-Tyr and an inhibitory action on rise in blood neutral fat concentration and extremely low toxicity.
