Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a peptide useful as an active component for diagnostic or treating agent for autoimmune thyropathy.
CONSTITUTION: The peptide expressed by the amino acid sequence of Cys His Gln. Glu Glu Asp Phe Arg Val Thr Cys Lys Asp Ile Gin Arg Ile Pro Ser Leu (sequence No.1), Gln Leu Glu Ser His Ser Phe Tyr Asn Leu Ser Lys Val Thr His Ile Glu Ile Arg Asn Thr Arg Asn Leu Thr Tyr Ile Asp Pro (sequence No.2) or Lys Asn Gln Lys Lys Ile Arg Gly Ile Leu Glu Ser Leu Met Cys Asn Glu Ser (sequence No.3) or its salt. The operation for the diagnosis of autoimmune thyropathy can be simplified compared with conventional methods.
