This perforation device 300 has the sewing-machine needle 311 movably supported far and near by a base member 315 and forming the perforation in a continuous recording medium 5 and an anvil roller 331 oppositely arranged to this sewing-machine needle 311, and forms the perforation in the continuous recording medium 5 passing through between the sewing-machine needle 311 and the anvil roller 331, and has a micrometer 355 capable of adjusting a position of the sewing-machine needle 311 to the continuous recording medium 5, and is characterized by adjusting the position so as to have a predetermined clearance between the tip of the sewing-machine needle 311 and the anvil roller 331 by the micrometer 355 when forming the perforation in the continuous recording medium 5.
