Abstract:

To provide a rotor having a stable and strong bonding force in order not to cause magnet adhesive peeling during high speed rotation.

The permanent magnet type rotor 1 is formed by fixing a plurality of segment type permanent magnets 4 at an outer periphery of a laminated iron core 3 using adhesive 5 at a constant interval. The surfaces of the permanent magnets 4 are coated with an oxidized aluminum coat 61 and a crack 62 is formed at the oxidized aluminum coat 61 on the side which is bonded with the iron core 3. Besides, the thickness of the oxidized aluminum coat 61 can be set at 10 μm to 25 μm, and the layer of an aluminum coat 63 can be formed between the oxidized aluminum coat 61 on the iron core 3 side and the permanent magnets 4.
