Title:
PERMANENT MAGNETIC TYPE PULSE MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6216055
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable a small angle step with high performance by a method wherein tooth pole groups for paired stators of each phase are faced oppositely through air gaps in the axial direction, several tooth pole takes a projecting pole shape and is faced oppositely to a rotor and the bottoms of the tooth poles of the stators are connected.

CONSTITUTION: A multipolar magnet 15 with a plurality of tooth poles in the axial direction is shaped to the surface of a rotor 23 fixed to a shaft 16 and turned. Tooth pole groups for pairing stators 11 of respective phase are faced oppositely through air gaps (a) in the axial direction, each tooth pole is formed to a projecting pole shape by drawing a soft steel plate, the bottoms of the tooth poles are connected and unified, and the number of the poles is reduced to the half of the number of rotor poles. The stators 11, 12 are excited by sandwiched annular coils 13. Accordingly, the deformation and displacement of pole teeth are prevented, thus improving the accuracy of stepped angles, then enabling small angle stoppings.
