Abstract:
To ensure that liquid can be brought into contact with the lower edge of the sample in a smooth manner with high accuracy in a permeation speed measuring device in which a sample holding tool, which is suspended and supported from a mass measurement device and holds a sample, is disposed at an upper portion of a container reserving liquid, the container and the sample holding tool are relatively raised and lowered, a lower edge of the sample is brought into contact with liquid level in the container, and mass change of the sample occurring along with permeation of the liquid is measured over time.
A container 19 reserving liquid f is driven to be raised and lowered with respect to a sample holding tool 9 with a stepping motor 11.
