Abstract:
To provide a personnel presence/absence confirmation system configured to promptly and surely confirm the presence/absence of personnel at multiple meeting places even in a case where a system power supply is stopped by a disaster or the like.SOLUTION: A personnel presence/absence confirmation system comprises: a database 14 storing therein entering/leaving information of multiple personnel who enter/leave a predetermined facility; a computer 16 for updating information about remaining personnel who are estimated to remain on the basis of the entering/leaving information; an alternative power supplies 20 which are installed at previously designated multiple meeting places inside of the facility; portable terminals 22 that the multiple personnel can carry with them, each including an imaging function and a data transmitting/receiving function; and a communication apparatus 24 which connects the database with the computer in a communicable manner. Regarding portable terminals, when operating and connecting the portable terminals with the computer at a meeting place, roll call information of remaining personnel for each meeting place is transmitted from the portable terminals to the computer to generate presence/absence confirmation information, and the presence/absence confirmation information is transmitted from the computer to the portable terminals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
