NEW MATERIAL: A compd. of formula I [Z is formulae II to IV; Q1 is a 1-3C alkylene; Q2 is R5CO, R5NHCO, R5R6NSO2, etc.; R, R1, R2, R5, R6 are each H, a 1-3C alkyl; X, Y are each a single bond, an alkylene chain, an alkenylene chain, etc.; Het is a monocyclic heteroaryl having 5- to 6-membered heteroaryl contg. 1 to 3 heteroatoms (one piece is N and the others are N, O, S) and capable of having substituents, such as a 1-4C alkyl, etc.) and its salt and solvent compd.
EXAMPLE: N-[2-Hydroxy-5-[1-hydroxy-2-[[6-[[6-(2-pyridinyl) hexyl]oxy]hexyl]amino]ethyl]phenyl]methanesulfonamide, benzoate (salt).
USE: A medicine which exhibits stimulative action in β2-adrenoreceptor.
PROCESS: The compd. of formula I (R1 is H) is obtd. by bringing a compd. of formula V (R9 is H, a protecting group; R10 is a protecting group) into reaction with a compd. formula VI (L is an eliminable group), then removing the protecting group at need.
