Title:
PHOSPHOR APPLYING NOZZLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3664610
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of bubbles in a phosphor suspension in a nozzle for applying the phosphor by arranging a dispersion member in a lower side opening part of a hollow cylindrical body to provide a slit having a prescribed width between a nearly conical shaped spindle surface and the lower part opening part.
SOLUTION: The dispersion member 4 is arranged in the lower side opening part 3 of the hollow cylindrical body 2 in the nozzle 1 for applying the phosphor. The conical surface of the dispersion member 4 forms an inclined surface 5 so that a curve formed by the intersection points with the face containing the center line of the dispersion member 4 is a curve projected downward and the outside diameter of the periphery of the dispersion member 4, which is the max. diameter, is almost equal to the outside diameter of the lower part opening part 3 of the cylindrical body 2. The slit 6 having a prescribed width for ejecting the phosphor dispersion is mounted between the inclined surface 5 of the dispersion member 4 and the lower part opening part 3 of the cylindrical body 2 to be secured over the entire periphery.
