Abstract:
To provide a photocurable adhesive sheet which can fill every corner by following step portions of a stuck surface, does not lower adhesive reliability even when irradiated with light for a long period of time, and can easily perform a sticking operation.SOLUTION: A photocurable adhesive sheet is an adhesive sheet before photocuring which is formed of a resin composition containing a (meth)acrylic copolymer (A), a crosslinking agent (B) and a photopolymerization initiator (C), has photocurability, has the following (1) and (2) characteristics and has the following (3) characteristics after photocuring. (1) The adhesive sheet can keep the shape at 0-40°C and exhibits self-adhesiveness; (2) the adhesive sheet exhibits viscosity at 70-100°C of 100-3,000 Pa s; and (3) the adhesive sheet has viscosity at 70-100°C of 3,000-50,000 Pa s.SELECTED DRAWING: None
