Title:
PHOTOCONDUCTIVE MEMBER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60119570
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a photoconductive member having excellent photosensitivity, etc. by forming successively an amorphous photoconductive layer contg. Si and Ge as well as the oxygen atoms distributed ununiformly in the layer thickness direction and an amorphous photoreceptive layer contg. Si and nitrogen atom on a base.

CONSTITUTION: The 1st photoconductive layer 102 constituted of an amorphous material contg. silicon atom and germanium atom is provided on a base 101 for a photoconductive member and the oxygen atoms distributed ununiformly in the layer thickness direction are incorporated into the layer 102 to form the 1st layer region 104 having C1 oxygen concn., the 3rd layer region 106 having C3 oxygen concn. and the 2nd layer region 105 having C2 oxygen concn. (C3>C2, C1; C2≠C1) successively from the base 101 side in this order. A photoreceptive layer 103 constituted of an amorphous material contg. silicon atom and nitrogen atom is formed on the layer 102, by which an intended photoconductive member 100 is obtd.
