Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the output of a photocoupler from erroneously operating since an electric noise is arrived at a ground potential through a conductive film even if the noise from an input side is transmitted to the photodetector of a photodetecting IC pellet by providing a grounded metal layer on the main face of the pellet and providing a light transmitting conductive film on the layer. CONSTITUTION:A light transmitting conductive film 21 is further electrically conducted on the main face of a second aluminum layer 22 on the main surface of a photodetecting IC pellet 28 and brought into close contact therewith. Further, the layer 22 is connected to through hole 23 by using a first aluminum layer 25. The layer 25 is connected to a bonding pad 26, and connected to a ground lead 29 through a wiring 27. A light emitting element pellet 17 secured to a lead 15 is disposed in space on the film 21. Partial leads 29, 15 are exposed and covered with opaque resin 16.
