Abstract:
A light-receiving apparatus (1) has M (M is greater than 2) light-receiving elements (5) corresponding to one pixel, and controller circuitry (4) configured to control a bias voltage of the M light-receiving elements (5) in accordance with a condition that the number of light-receiving elements (5) of the M light-receiving elements (5) simultaneously detecting light within a first period is less than N (N is an integer equal to or greater than 2 and less than M), control a bias voltage of the M light-receiving elements (5) in accordance with a condition that a total value of the number of times the M light-receiving elements (5) detect light within a first period does not become equal or greater than a predetermined threshold value, or control a bias voltage of the M light-receiving elements (5) in accordance with a condition that an output of the pixel in a first period does not become equal or greater than a predetermined threshold value.
