Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a photoelectric conversion device which is small in dark current when a reverse bias voltage is applied thereto and low and works on a low operation voltage and in which a crystal selenium film is used for a photoelectric conversion part; a method for manufacturing such a photoelectric conversion device; and a laminate type solid-state imaging device and a solar battery, each including such a photoelectric conversion device.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device 100 comprises: a semi-insulating metal oxide film 3 including a metal oxide including an additive element, the additive element being at least one kind element selected from a group consisting of tin, silicon, aluminum and boron, and the metal oxide is a gallium oxide or zinc oxide; a junction film 4 disposed in contact with one surface of the semi-insulating metal oxide film 3; and a crystal selenium film 5 serving as a photoelectric conversion layer, and disposed in contact with a surface of the junction film 4 on the side opposite to the semi-insulating metal oxide film 3.
