Abstract:
To provide a photoelectric conversion element which has high efficiency and high durability.
There is provided a photoelectric conversion element 107 comprising at least an active layer 103, an electron extraction layer 102, and a pair of electrodes 101 and 105, wherein the electron extraction layer contains a metal oxide and an organic compound, and the organic compound is represented by general formula (1). There are also provided a solar cell and a solar cell module using the photoelectric conversion element, and an ink containing a metal oxide, the compound represented by the general formula (1), and a solvent.
