Abstract:
To provide a photoelectric converter high in photoelectric conversion efficiency.
The photoelectric converter 21 includes: first lower electrodes 2a and second lower electrodes 2b planarly arranged by interposing first grooves P1; photoelectric conversion layers 5 each formed from the upper side of the first lower electrode 2a to the upper side of the second lower electrode 2b; upper electrodes 6 each formed on the photoelectric conversion layer 5; and light-reflecting layers 8 each formed on the upper electrode 6 to cover the first groove P1 when viewing the upper electrode 6 in a plan view, and each having a surface inclined with respect to the upper surface of the upper electrode 6.
