The exposed but undeveloped long film 14 is pulled out from a cartridge 13 and developed in a photographic film developing device 15. Next, the developed long film 14 is fed to the cutting device 16 and cut by the device 16, so that the developed long film 19 becomes the developed short film 91A. The developed short-length film 91A is fed to a developed short-length film both sides deciding and correcting device 30 and both sides are decided and necessary correction is performed by a developed short-length film both sides deciding part 31 and a developed short film correcting part 32'. Thereafter, the film advances to the printer 50 through carrying paths 39 and 59 and the image of the image frame of the developed short film 91A positioned on a negative mask is exposed to photographic paper 96 in the printer 50.
