PURPOSE: To conduct the optimum visual field control for an applied object to minimize an error by storing the control information for a camera according to the positional information obtained by a position detecting means of a train, and controlling the photographing direction, the size of a visual field, the focal distance and a diaphragm and the like using the control information according to the previously stored positional information.
CONSTITUTION: A camera l takes a photo of a front line image, and controls the angle of view, a focus and a diaphragm through an electric swivel base 2 according to a pan head control signal 8 sent from a pan head control device 3 and a camera lens control signal 9. The pan head control signal 8 and the camera lens control signal 9 are control information stored in a pan head control data file 4 and collated with the information of a train positional information generator 7 to send out the direction of the camera 1, the size of a visual field and the focal length and diaphragm of the lens when a running vehicle passes the respective points on a line according to the pan head control data 10. An image data storage part 5 continuously stores the photographed line image and displays the same on an image display part 6.
